Dr Jemma Stephens is an experienced Chiropractor and is passionate about teaching her patients how to get well and stay well.
She finds that the best results come from applying both chiropractic adjustments and massage together, along with nutritional
and exercise advice.
She has both lectured and tutored senior students at Macquarie University.
Dr Jemma is the only Chiropractor on the Northern Beaches to have completed her Advanced Certificate in both Herbal Medicine and Iridology.
She has a special interest in children’s chiropractic and pregnancy care, being the mum of 3 precious girls and has completed
numerous post-graduate courses in these areas.
In 2004 she was a recipient of the prestigous X-ray Excellence Award presented by Macquarie University.
